Tickets Limited to 400 for Pelham Civics Gala Honoring Palmisciano, Ruggiero and Solimine
For the first time in the 75-year history of the Pelham Civic Association, three outstanding volunteers—all from Pelham—Missy Palmisciano, Joe Ruggiero, and Joe Solimine Sr.–will be honored at its annual dinner dance with “Person of the Year” awards. The Gala will be held on Friday, Oct. 25 at the Fountainhead in New Rochelle.
